The short version: Bloomgrid is free and shows ads. “Remove ads” is a one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store, not a subscription. Your scores live only on your phone.

1. What you get

A single-player block puzzle with a garden: place pieces on an 8×8 bed, clear full rows and columns, cover seeds before they turn into weeds, and earn trowels from blooms. There is a classic game and a daily garden that is the same for every player on a given day. The game works offline.

2. Ads

The free game shows a banner while you play and, from time to time, a full-screen ad between two games. On the game-over screen you may choose to watch a video ad for one trowel, once per game; whether an ad is available at that moment is up to Google, and the offer does not appear when none is.

3. “Remove ads”

A one-time purchase. The price for your country is shown by the store before you confirm and is charged to your Google or Apple account.
It removes the banner and the ads between games for good. The optional video for a trowel stays available, because you choose to watch it.
It belongs to your store account. On a new phone, tap “Restore purchase” on the home screen.
Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their own terms; we never receive your payment details.
Use of the game on Apple platforms is also subject to Apple's standard end user licence agreement.

4. Your scores

Scores and unfinished games are stored only on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes them, and we cannot bring them back.

5. Fair use

You may play Bloomgrid for your own enjoyment. Please do not copy the game, its graphics or its texts to republish or sell them.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, for intent and gross negligence, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only where an obligation essential to the contract is breached, and then only for damage that is foreseeable and typical. Otherwise liability is excluded. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement.

7. Changes and law

These terms may change when the game changes; the current version is always on this page, with its date. German law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country you live in.
